SS 620:2016 (2021) – Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices

Our certification covers the storage, distribution, and secondary assembly of ophthalmic and optical devices, along with reusable and single-use devices. None of the products under this scope call for special storage or handling conditions, but that doesn’t lower the standard we apply to them.
Under this certification, our facility follows structured procedures for how devices are received, kept, and moved through our warehouse before reaching their next destination. Distribution, including transportation, is carried out with attention to the condition and integrity of each device, and our secondary assembly work is carried out under controlled conditions to make sure devices are prepared correctly before dispatch.
Because this standard applies specifically to medical devices, the bar for accuracy and accountability sits higher than in general warehousing or packaging work. Our team is trained around this, and our facility operates with that distinction in mind at every stage.
Our management system has been assessed by A-Europe Certification Pte Ltd.
